Overall a good product. Kids like carrying them around the house. Pretty sturdy. The working distance is shorter than expected.

I used these walkies for a large event in a hotel. The sound quality is pretty good with very little feedback. I was satisfied with their battery life and sound and will use them again. They are pretty tough little units as well, they survived a few drops on concrete basement floors.

Grabbed these for when cell service doesn’t work in neighborhoods for construction.Radios have multiple channels and each channel has coded channels so other radios don’t interfere (they will catch other radios)Being bright orange is a plus because it’s easy to find under houses.The clips can slide off when reslease button is pressed to put in the 4 AAA batteriesIf you crawl around beware the radio can unclip from you by bumping or snagging on something.Radio flashlight is weak but works to see a couple feet when no other light source is available.You can adjust volume to hear better but if the person talks from a foot or two the mic has a hard time picking up so they sound low.From experience press button and wait a second to speak because sometimes it doesn’t pickup immedietly.

My wife accidentally hit left the light button and ran down the 4 batteries. I immediately started looking at rechargeable walkies. I settled on the RETEVIS RT22. Not to sure about them either. Seems hard to “wake up” the other unit. I’ll give it some time in case it’s operator error. Back to the MOICO. Really nice if you are careful. You can just PTT to emit a loud alert for the other unit to answer. I’m not getting that with the RT22. In short the MOICO is a very nice set but eight batteries you supply takes you to rechargeable units.

Bought these for my grandson who is 12 and he loves them its nice to see kids play and explore the outside world and not use a cell phone!
