Iโve used 5 or 6 different electric blender bottles over the past 5 years, and VOLTRX has bested them all. Iโd resigned myself to a 6 month lifespan, but this mixer has made it past the 2 year mark and still going strong. While the plastic spinner is twirling 14oz (400ml) water, I add 3 scoops of protein (it automatically shuts off after 30 seconds) then pour it back into a water bottle, drink throughout the day and dispose when done.Charge lasts 2 to 3 weeks using 30 seconds daily.I wouldnโt recommend rinsing it with the motor attached unless you keep it tilted and minimize water running down the side, then immediately store it upside down. This will help water avoid the motor and make it last considerably longer. If you rinse and store the cup upright water/moisture will likely find its way into the electronics and shorten the lifespan. I use two straws on a folded paper towel (as a drying rack) and store the cup in my supplement cabinet.Every month to remove the light residue that forms, I scrub it dry with a paper towel (use a butter knife as a guide to get the base clean). The motor could spin at a little higher rpm, like some other brands, but itโs a small sacrifice considering the durability.Overall best tornado blender Iโve used.

I use this thing for literally anything that needs to be mixed even the slightest little bit. Protein? Yup! Pre-workout? Yup! Choccy milk? Yup! I even used it to scramble some eggs one morning cause i got lazy and it did 6 of them with no problem. One of my favorite features is the blender piece looks like a person doing a very heavy deadlift lol!The rechargeable battery last quite a while and being able to hold the button down to see the remaining battery life is a great feature.Because its made of plastic amd from bad past experiences I baby mine, so i cant really say how durable it is if you drop it or anything, but it does seem like it would handle the typical “knock over on the table” type drops and such without being horribly mangled. As for cleaning, i am honestly afraid to disassemble it and clean it cause every other brand and/or style of blender bottle i have had starts to leak once you take it apart the first time regardless if it is put back together correctly. But otherwise, cleaning is relatively simple so long as you pay attention and dont snap your blender piece off in the bottle.I will definitely buy another one of these when this one eventually dies like all things do, without hesitation.

Recently purchased this, and it does a good job and i use it extensively. The only complain i would have is that it is not powerful enough and the blend is not always smooth and i end up with clumps of protein powder. Not sure if it is just my unit, but i expected it to be a lot more powerful and blend smoother. It is easy to use and clean and the quality of the build is good

I was tired of shaking a bottle with a loud metal ball in it that wakes the whole house every time and still leaved chunks of powder, so these bottles seemed like the perfect solution. And largely, they are. Easier to clean, smoother mix, and generally quieter. However, the battery life they advertise is a flat out lie. This runs for 8 -10 cycles before the battery flashes low. They advertise something like 30 days of use on one charge. Maybe if you use it once a week, but that’s not realistic for most people using this for daily protein shakes. Make the base a half inch thicker to give us more battery and add a couple bucks to the price and problem solved. The actual mixer motor could be stronger, too. It feels like they cheaped out on the strength of the mixing motor itself to just BARELY have the strength to mix a scoop of protien shake powder with milk and didn’t give you a single ounce of more power than was absolutely necessary to technically mix it up. To be fair, I drink double strength protien shakes (two scoops) so that’s my use case, but still, make a “Voltrx Pro” model or something with more mixing power and more battery life, charge 25% to 50% more and I’d buy the heck out of that. They cut corners to get this at the price point they wanted and you can tell. That said, it’s still a four star product as is and fixes the issues I had with the famous Blender Bottles which I assume are their prime competitors.

This shaker makes drinks taste better. No Clumping. Quick and Efficient. I can make my drinks without making a scene, as well. I also don’t have to worry about a drip from the drink lid. Cleanup is real easy. I’ve even put in the powder first and it still mostly got all the powderCons: I’m not a fan of the light, as I consider it “Bling”. There’s no lines for the liquid. There’s a line for the maximum fill line, but that’s it.

Use it daily to mix sugar free drinks like G Fuel and an occasional protein shake. I Charge the base/motor about once a week and that pretty much gets me enough power for 2 to 3 drinks a day. It’s great that it uses usb type c so I can just use my phone charger to charge it up.Six months in I had a slight issue with the cup but their customer support team were great and offered to ship me a new cup free of charge and honor their one year warranty. Have had no issues with the replacement cup.

The blender โbladeโ is really cheap plastic. Donโt think itโs going to last long. Does the job after a few times putting it through its cycle. Took twice one time, three for a couple others. Better than shaking for 3 minutes though.

Depends what protein powder you are using. If your doing 2 scoops make sure u use a bit more water/milk. The blade is plastic thus it tends to leave some chunks. I would suggest the manufacturer switch to a more Heaney duty plastic with a some sharpens to help with the issues of the breaking up of protein to make the drink smoother. But itโs very convenient if your in a rush or donโt have the 3 mins to blend, or simple hate cleaning. 4/5 stars.
