Wow. I just received this yesterday (last night to be exact) and put it on right away. I felt relief in my upper back/shoulder blades immediately. I personally didn’t think it changed my appearance until I walked by my husband wearing it under my hoodie, and he told me I looked different. “Good different” he clarified.The instructions say to start wearing it for a short amount of time and work up because it can be uncomfortable. I wore it the night I received it for an hour, and the discomfort I felt was mostly under my armpits, but it wasn’t unbearable and definitely worth that for the immediate change and pain relief.Background on me: I’m 5’3”, 130lbs, medium build. I’ve had large breasts and bad posture since I was 14, which caused neck and upper back pain. I was a year-round swimmer for years, so I have broad shoulders that are still kind of awkward to me even after years of not swimming competitively. I’ve seen a chiropractor every week since high school for my neck and back pain, which helped but never fully alleviated the discomfort for long enough to skip a week.UPDATE! 1/3/21I had been wearing this brace almost every day since I received it, but now I am able to use it less and for less time. It’s more like a refresher when I feel like I need it.The first couple weeks after I received it, mychiropractor told me my neck wasn’t in dire need of an adjustment (as it has been, every week, for years). He actually asked me the same of the brace because of the difference it made in my posture and neck. My entire family couldn’t believe the difference (even my sisters across the country ON FACETIME)! They all asked for this for Christmas. So now my whole family has one!This product really worked (and is continuing to work) for me and now, my family. it relieves my neck pain associated with my bad posture! it also helps with a pinched nerve i had in my upper back. it is a bit uncomfortable if you wear it directly on your skin because it sits weird in the armpits for me. it even helps with my sense of confidence. overall i like it.

Even though it works perfectly for me I can see why there’s some negative reviews. Even though it’s a One Size Fits All, the size seems to be perfect for a woman’s medium (which I am) so I can’t imagine it fitting comfortably on a man. Maybe only smaller men.Edit: After using it for around 2 weeks, I don’t use it anymore, because I don’t need it. The corrector gave me a feel for how my posture should be so I can now fix it on my own. I didn’t even know my head could go so high. It honestly must have added like 2 inches to my height lolA BIG complaint is a few days into using it the motion of sliding the straps over my shoulders like a backpack made one of my shoulders ache for like 2 days.

Started working from home and found out quick with my desk and chair, that I constantly slouched over the keyboard. After a few weeks of having a sore neck and upper back, my chiro recommended this brace to help.Overall, it’s great. I wear it while working and it helps let me know whenever I slouch. A week in, and no more soreness.Only downside is that it can rub under the armpits and get really annoying. I’m assuming I’ll get to used to it eventually and it was definitely not bad enough to stop wearing it.Would recommend to others as it fixed my problem for sure

so I have been having back pain on and off for a few years now. during my pregnancy I had an epidural and also due to wearing heavy tote bags over the years i’ve developed poor posture which contributed even more to my back pain. i even do massages and chiropracter appts occasionally to ease the pain. something told me to get a back brace. I received the product, i’m petite (5’1 117) lbs so it was really big on me and didn’t support me as I anticipated.. but I ended up wrapped the bands around the velcro to make a tighter fit.. I have to be honest I have been seeing and feeling results in as little as 3 days. when I wore it the first day omggg I felt a great amount of pain since my body wasn’t use to it but after the second and third day the pain subsided and I noticed a difference in my posture naturally (without wearing it). I also invested in a body pillow which does wonders when sleeping for those who really have severe back pain.. overall I say purchase it and wear it for a few days before ruling it out. good luck and hope it does wonders for you as well!

I was happy with the first brace I ordered but the Velcro gradually became less effective. The second brace is quite a bit shorter with no room to adjust and I am a slender person. I tried to contact the company twice with no response.
