I bought these a full year ago. I was suffering from plantar fasciitis pain in my right foot that affected a lot of my everyday activities.I even had to be super careful when transitioning indoors or out to make sure that I put the ball of my foot down first because if I put my heel down first and wasn’t careful, that all too familiar shooting pain would go up my heel. It was excruciating. We take so much for granted as far as how our bodies function and having to stop before taking a step was not something I welcomed but after one too many of those knife-like pains, I realized I had to be careful about the steps I was taking and whether I was stepping on level ground or not. It was a pain! On top of the real pain I felt.I bought these after reading the good reviews in hopes of getting some relief. I bought a size Medium. I am female and wear a size 9 Wide, women’s size. The medium was just perfect. It offered enough compression without any sort of limited blood flow, or cutting into my skin. I have to tell you – these things work! They are AMAZING.I had been suffering from my pain for over a year. I figured I was just stuck with it. I did special stretches, etc. and nothing alleviated the pain. After wearing these socks for a week the pain was mostly gone. Completely. I couldn’t believe it. My left foot was OK so I wasn’t adamant about wearing the sock on that foot. Sometimes I did just because I felt if I was falling apart maybe I could spare the left foot from going through this. Time is nasty on our bodies! After a week I eased back on how often I wore it. I mostly wore it during the day but not at night. Plantar fasciitis pain can be worse upon waking so that first week it was great to wear them all the time. After a couple more weeks I did not wear it every day. I probably wore it about 2-3 times/week for the next month. All together I may have worn them a total of 2 months. Since the pain was for the most part non-existent by then, I really didn’t wear them at all at that point. And the plantar fasciitis has not returned. It’s been 10 months! I’m still in awe.Fast forward to this past weekend. I did a lot of walking and physical activity due to a project I have going on. Once again, my poor right foot started hurting in a really painful way. Even when I wasn’t stepping on it, it throbbed from the pain. But it wasn’t that up-the-heel type plantar fasciitis pain. Instead it was on the sole of my foot and on the outside of the foot. I spent all weekend running around getting things done and by Monday morning, after a good night’s rest, it was still there. Then I remembered my trusty socks. I put one on the foot that was hurt and went about my daily activities (my regular, lighter activities). I figured a little compression and support on that poor foot may actually help. It did! By Monday night the pain had subsided about 80%. I was amazed once again. Today is Tuesday, the following day, and I woke up even better (did not wear the sock to bed). I put it on again today to wear during my daily activities and it’s almost end of workday and my pain is reduced by about 95%.I can’t say enough good things about these amazing socks. It’s fantastic to be able to find non-drug relief for things. Besides how well they work, they are durable, wash well and I find them really affordable for the relief they provide. I will keep these things around forever!

Suffering from plantar fasciitis but still want to run as much as I can. These took a little getting used to but now I wear it whenever Iโm running, doing errands- not sure if itโs a mental thing, but it seems to have helped. Much less pain when I run, feels like it really supports the injured areas of my foot. Iโm buying again bc theyโre starting to tear, but itโs been a few months of constant use

They are very comfortable cause I don’t like anything really tight on my toes and these don’t go on my toes at all. And they are thin in enough to wear under your regular socks.

Foot fabric part is kinda long and arch area has no extra support or padding. Helps with smelling of feet and very stretchy.

Socks feel great but could have ordered a size down for more support.

Size XL is too large. Need next lower (large). Foot size is 13, but sleeves too loose. Talked to Billy who stated ” Regarding the sizing issue, the Compression Sleeves are supposed to be snug enough for you to feel the compression effects that relieve pain but not tight enough to cause any discomfort. On the other hand, it should not be loose because you lose out on the compression benefits. While we provide size guidelines and make recommendations on the size of Compression Sleeves to purchase, we kindly request your understanding because everyone’s calf/foot shape, circumference, and curvature are unique and it’s difficult to achieve an exact fit for everyone. The Compression Sleeves are designed to be snug enough to feel the compression effects of the sleeves but not so tight that they do the opposite of what you’re wanting, restricting flow and motion. Called Amazon customer service, and they are refunding purchase.

I have ankle and arch foot pain. These compression socks are so effective for pain that I wear them under tennis shoes. They wash and dry nicely in machine and keep their sturdy shape. I plan to order more!

I have plantar fasciitis in my right foot, so I have been trying a few different pain relief options, and I stumbled across these. I have fairly wide feet so I went with the size chart and the size above. The one that the size chart recommended arrived first so I thought I would go head and give it a try. First thought, itโs tight, hardly any stretch, no way this will fit. But it did. And it doesnโt feel restricted or too tight at all. Second thought, who is something this thin going to help? Zero heel padding at all. But, and I canโt explain it other than the compression in other areas, it helps. I wore it half day then slept in it and noticed a difference that next morning, hardly any pain when I got up to walk the next morning. When I take it off for long periods of time, the pain comes back. So I will be ordering another pair at least! I havenโt tried the larger size yet as these seem to fit just fine. Iโm still in shock that these thin things made such a difference in my pain level.
