First off – the only reason Iโm even taking away one star is because I wish it came in a not precut version. Or does it and I missed it? Idk, but my issue with the precut is it isnโt the right size for anything I use it for, so even though precut seems convenient I always have to cut it anyways and end up wasting a ton of tape. But anyways, the product itself is great – IF you apply it correctly. Everyone here with adhesion issues claim they applied it properly or applied it โexactly how their physical therapist did itโ but Iโve been able to put this stuff on and it last 3 days soโฆ.. I canโt imagine theyโre doing it properly. Is more expensive tape better? Probably, but Iโll tell you how I apply this and for me it works just fine.Clean skin seems obviously but Iโll say it anyways. Use an alcohol wipe if you have oily skin. But aside from the obvious, thereโs 2 key tips to making it stick that Iโd be willing to bet people arenโt doing.1. The first like.. 1.5-2โ of the tape – just stick that on your skin without pulling it tight. Then hold that area down while pulling the tape tightly over the area youโre treating. And then the last 1.5-2โ same thing, donโt pull that part tight, just hold the end of the tightly pulled tape section and just stick the end on without pulling. It needs that bit of leeway at the beginning and end otherwise yes, itโs just gonna roll up into itself and not stick.2. Once itโs applied you need to rub it to create some friction/heat. It WILL NOT stick long if you donโt do this. Be careful at the ends to not accidentally pull it back while rubbing it, but this part is key to getting it to stick.I have several ailments I use this for but lately Iโve been using it for my plantar fasciitis rather than your traditional plantar fasciitis fixes. Wearing shoes and insoles with arch support seemed to be making it worse for me, so I went in the opposite direction and started wearing more minimalist/neutral shoes with wide toe box, and focusing on stretching and strengthening my feet. Itโs helping, but sometimes I still have pain and thatโs when I use this tape. It gives me just enough support without being as extreme/unnatural as insoles.I suppose I could use a compression sock for the same effect, but I like using the tape because I can use more or less tape depending on how much support I want.

I twisted my knee, already with arthritis, and was “screaming” in pain after the twist for 3 days. Upon watching football last Sunday I saw a player get his shoulder injured and we thought he was OUT. A play or two later he comes out… makes some great runs, makes a key block and scores the game winning touchdown! They had put KT tape on his shoulder. So happens I already HAD some. Can’t even remember why I bought it. Put 3 strips on my knee and INSTANTLY… yes instantly it started feeling better, then after still taking it easy for couple hours and icing it couple of times I could walk rather well. Still felt it a little but in no way hindered me with the awful pain. Still using it, showering with it and all, and getter better every day. LOVE THIS PRODUCT.

Like magic, my miserable pain relief is reduced significantly. The tape provides comforting support. I have tried ointments, braces, pillows, and even other tapes, but this brand works miracles. The other brand left adhesive residue. This one doesnโt and it stays on longer. Are must be clean with no lotion or oils. Use alcohol and allow to dry. Try to get help applying. I apply my own but it would be even better if I had help. I even use it for immediate lower back pain relief. I have 3 bulging disks and arthritis there. I donโt have to take pain medication anymore. I swear by this product!!!

There is absolutely nothing negative about this product. I was in so much pain in my back. Was getting cortisone shots and wearing a back brace. Once using the tape my pain went away. I can enjoy my life now. Forget the doctors

I have had back pain for yearsโฆ it would make me cry because I was limited in doing activities I loved because of it. I went to PT and they put this stuff on my sciatica because my hip pain was becoming too bad. Well wow thatโs al I can sayโฆ.. for some reason it seems to just take away all the pain. So because I have a small twisted spine between three and four vertebrae, I decided to put it down my spine, not on the muscle. And it is literally taking away all my back pain when I take it off it all comes back after a few days lol so I have to keep putting it back lol but wow this stuff is just amazing

I use this for plantar fasciitis and I noticed that itโs really helpful on days that Iโm on my feet or doing a lot of walking. Definitely reduces the heel pain and it makes me able to stay on my feet a lot longer than usual. I donโt even notice that theyโre on my feet when I wear them.

Good, flexible tape, allowing great range of motion. Downside: peals off at the edge in couple hours and leave sticky stuff on skin after removing.
