These gloves are pretty good for the price. I have one pair that I’ve been using for a year now. I’ve lost the left glove so I’m getting another pair. I have not been diagnosed with arthritis but I have regular joint pain in my hands, likely from a combination of daily writing (typing) for work, school, and hobby as well as weekly gaming. My pain can range from mild to severe enough for me to be unable to partake in my work or hobbies. These gloves work really well for me, they eliminate my mild pain and provide a noticeable reduction with the more severe pain.I had initially gotten a size medium, since that’s roughly the size of glove I would wear normally. They did fit, but they fit too well to where they provided me with no compression, it just felt like wearing a normal fingerless glove. I was able to return it and reorder the small size with no issues and the small size did it for me. They give me mild compression in my wrist and a bit more around my fingers, which is what I wanted. Most of my joint pain is centered in my knuckles and fingers so the compression that these gloves give me at the base of each of my fingers is exactly what I need. They don’t work as well for my wrists. However, when my wrist pains do flare up, which they do from time to time, I find that if I pair these with a compression band for my wrist (the gloves on and the band over the wrist part of them) then that makes the perfect duo to get some relief. So if relief in your fingers is what you’re looking for, based on my experience, I would definitely recommend giving these a try. However, if you need relief in your wrist as well, you may need to pair these with a band for your wrist.

Gloves (medium sized) seemed really small when I pulled them out of the packaging to the point I thought I had been sent the wrong size but they fit my hands quite well. They are comfy to wear and very lightweight. The only two downsides so far:1. fresh out of the packaging there are already some loose threads around the fingers. Makes me a bit worried these wont last very long.2. While I can feel some compression on my hands, I’m not entirely sure how much of it is due to them being compression gloves. It feels more like the compression is coming from the fact that the gloves are just small. That may just be my imagination though. For the price, I’d say they are a good buy, but I won’t be shocked if I have to replace them relatively soon.

Comfortable. Ordered a size small – for the compression effect I guess. The paperwork that came with it was careful to make no claim as to the efficacy for treating arthritis, but it makes sense that keeping the hands warm helps. I’m prone to cramps, especially when my hands get cold, so these gloves were a big help. They’re slim enough that I can wear my riding gloves over them, so that’s cool.Do yourself a favor and wear these inside out. Less irritation of the skin by the seams. May not look as pretty, but comfort counts and you still get the same benefits. FWIW, my deerskin riding gloves – I’ve been buying the same brand for years – are always stitched out-seam too, and for the same reason.I can see myself buying another pair. Satisfied.

Have had these gloves for several months now, got them to help with chronic-illness related hand pain and they work decently. They have a good amount of compression and the color is nice, they fit me well and the material is soft. However, they have seams on the inside of the gloves that can become quite uncomfortable if you wear them for a while. Iโve started wearing them inside out instead to relieve the pressure of the seams on my hands, which works really well for fixing that problem. The compression is slightly less when worn inside out, and they donโt look as nice, but it still works for me. I would say overall theyโre pretty decent for the price.

Bought these more for warmth & mobility than compression.Measuring at the base of the pointer finger with fingers together (like the image) gives me about 2 7/8″, near the upper border of medium. I chose to buy a size up instead since I didn’t need compression and it still is pretty snug. My fingertips are exposed though my thumb & pinky can be covered if I don’t I pull it down.78% Polyester, 22% Spandex. Made in China.

My hands are suffering from mild arthritis and right hand gets no circulation due to carpal tunnel, these definitely keep circulation. Not sure how they would be for advanced pain. The small amount of circulation it gives helps me get through work day at a computer with less pain. The pain seems to come from the stiffness.

One of the reviewers said that wearing these gloves right side out was painful, so she wears them with the seams on the outside. That was really helpful to me. I don’t experience pain wearing these with the seams inside, but since they are not easy to remove on the same side, I now just take them off by the wrist and wear them either right side out or right side in. Sure makes taking these gloves off very easy now.

I bought these for my spouse who has a condition that leaves his hands always cold. He loves them but warns not to fall asleep wearing them as they are a bit constricting and he woke up with sore fingers that were slightly discolored from the cutting off of his circulation. I will order them in a larger size next time.
