These arthritis gloves saved me. After looking for solutions for almost a dozen of years, I can’t believe it took me this long to get these.I have been suffering from arthritis for almost 20 years now. In the beginning it was just a little soreness in my fingers and my knees, but with time the symptoms increased and multiplied by leaps and bounds. I began experiencing intermittent pain in the joints, ankle, back, fingers, hands, muscles, neck, and wrist. The pain in the fingers and hands were the worst. They really impacted my day to day life more than anything else.I was becoming handicapped. It was horrible to become so dependent on others at such a young age. In my younger years I have been a court stenographer. As soon as the arthritis symptoms appeared I was forced to give it up. I tried other small jobs over the years, but arthritis ripped me away from the occupation that suited me most.My Dr. referred me to a Rheumatologist who suggested the following:* Hydrotherapy* Stretching* Massages* AcupunctureAnd many more diverse ideas. Some were more soothing and some were less, but that’s all they were. Soothing. During the hydrotherapy I blessed the instructor.i haven’t felt so good in years! But that relief was short lived, as it only lasted for a short while, and later that day I was back to square one.My wife and 3 children were all very worried about me. They didn’t stop suggesting different remedies they have head about:* physical exercise * Weight loss* Heating pad* Ice packs* Cold compressesAnd I tried. I really did. I went through each of them. When it didn’t work I gave it another chance and another chance. I was sooo desperate! I am big believer of natural, and therefore I didn’t try any medications. I don’t believe any of them would have helped anyways!I was beginning to give up hope. I thought I was done for life, since any daily chore became so difficult. I didn’t like depending on others and being a burden on them.Then a miracle happened. My daughter bought me a pair of ComfyBrace arthritis gloves as a gift for Christmas. I was really skeptical. After nothing helped, why would this be different? Well, you gotta believe it. I was so desperate that I was willing to try anything, and try it I did. It only took a few hours for the gloves to begin their magic. The size large fits me comfortably. (How did my sweet daughter know exactly what size to get? God bless her!) It has the perfect balance. The compression is great, but it’s not painful. I wouldn’t say it happened over night, but in a very short time I was doing things again that were very difficult for me a mere 2 days ago. I did not become young again, and I will not be a court stenographer ever again, butat least I got my independence back. I am still looking for a solution to all the other pains, perhaps someone has a solution for that??I ordered another pair, so I can wear it when the other one is in the wash. I couldn’t wait until it dries to put it back on, a second pair was crucial.So far I have been highly satisfied, and I’m extremely thankful for this amazing creation.I have been wearing it for only a couple of weeks now, I will definitely update my review in a few weeks to let you know how it has been going!I highly recommend that everyone tries this! I suffer from severe joint pain believed to be rheumatoid arthritis. (I’m still undergoing testing to confirm that diagnosis.) OTC pain meds and prescription medications have unfortunately become my new norm. I wanted to see if I could get any relief without having to take so much pain medication. My fiance suggested compression gloves. To be honest I’ve never heard such a thing existed… but why wouldn’t be a thing? Compression socks are a thing. I know because I have some! So after I took a few moments to scratch my head over such a simple concept existing without me ever considering it, (don’t judge me) I jumped on my phone to find it on Amazon. If it’s “a thing” then it’s gotta be on Amazon. So after hours of going though all of the many type of products out there and reading reviews I landed here on this page reading the same reviews as you are. I liked the idea if them not being so stiff. Some of the gloves and braces seemed more like an OTC cast than anything else and as much as I’ve been to the doctor lately I should know. But that a story for another time. I work in an office and I am also an artist so being able to use my hands is very important. (Not being in pain is too.) These gloves did both! Ok, I’m not going to lie. I didn’t expect them to work at all. The price was right and the mobility they offered is what I was looking for but how much relief could I get for an issue my doctors are still trying to get under control. Ha! They fooled me! Now if you think they are magic gloves that will get rid of your pain so you never have to deal with it again, stop looking because if you’re going through anything like what I’m going through a pair of glove won’t cure you. However, if you are looking for relief from joint pain without all the medication this is it! At first it seem simply comforting. Kind of like a warm hug from mom when you were a sick child. The hug didn’t make the tummy aches go away but somehow they still made you feel better. Then as I left them on for awhile I almost forgot my hands were hurting as bad as they were. My pain level is usually around a 7, sometimes more if it’s a bad day. (And unfortunately bad days are often.) These gloves bring the pain in my hands down to a 3. Now I get that may not mean much to someone who isn’t in a constant state of pain but for someone who can only get that kind of relief through lots of pain meds, trust me, that is a big deal! If only I can figure out how to put my whole body into these gloves I maybe able to stop taking so much medicine. As it is these gloves have definitely helped me and if your hands hurt, especially in the joints, you will love these gloves. You will be able to move, get pain relief and stop taking as much medicine. Unless you’re like me and all of the joints in your body hurt, but at least your hands won’t be the main culprit. So if you’re wondering if they work…Yes! If they are comfortable?… Yes! Are they durable?… Yes! (Unless your dog turns into his new chew toy or you 3 yr old take scissor to them and try to make them “pretty” for you) Are they worth the money?… Yes! Will they magically eliminate your pain forever?… No! Will you still be happy with your buy?… Yes! Get them. If you’re looking here, chances are you have exhausted other options and will try almost anything to get some relief, any relief from your pain. I say try them. If they don’t work will you be in anymore pain than you are now? No, but I’m sure they will work and you’ll probably end up thanking yourself later. I hope this help!

These gloves are rather comfortable and do help with aches, but the compression is mostly in the fingers, not including the thumb. I had bought these more for pain in my actual hand so I do wish there was more compression in that area, but it does still provide some relief and at least my fingers don’t ache as much as they did. Thumb and thenar area don’t feel like they have much compression at all

Based on the measurements provided, I should be a small. However, when I used the small, my finger tips were bright red because I just felt like it was cutting off circulation. So I got a medium and it provided support and didn’t make me feel like my fingers were going to be cut off!

My granddaughter told me about arthritis compression gloves. I’d had no idea about them. I’ve had them a few weeks now and I find to be helpful. They don’t take away all of the soreness in the joints (I didn’t think that they would), but they do offer some relief where the joint pain is not so intense. I bought another pair for myself and a pair for a friend. I would have given them 4 and half stars if I could have.

I have been using these for a week. I find them comfortable even though they are very snug which is what I wanted. My last pair of a different brand had a velcro strap around the wrist which was inconvenient. This brand does not have a wrist strap and does not need one.Only gave it 4 stars as I had read other reviews that they may not hold up. The fabric doesn’t seem overly strong so we will see. But I’m still glad I purchased them.I would recommend.
