Very Bad sprained ankle here, had been wrapped in ace wrap, pending arrival of TechWare soc. As soon as I replaced ace with this TechWare sock, I felt immediate pain relief. This soc provided support in all the right places and I expect it will aid greatly in my recovery. Plus, the beige skin tone color lets it blend in with whatever Iโm wearing, I like that. Disclosure: Iโve only been using this sock for one day, thus far, but Iโm v impressed. In two weeks Iโm going on vacation which will require a good deal of walking- I expect my ankle will have healed some by then, but also plan to keep wearing this sock during vacation to give my poor ankle additional support and care.UPDATE. After wearing this sock for several days, my partner pointed out it was too tight on my ankle, leaving marks when I removed it. I did a little research and learned that altho you want a snug fit, it should NOT impair circulation, and should NOT leave red marks on skin- this indicates mine is too small, and continued use could cause other problems. CIRCULATION IS IMPORTANT! So, I cut small slits on each side of my ankle sock and this seems to help a little. But now Iโm disappointed that they donโt fit as theyโre supposed to. Whatโs most troubling is that I carefully measured my ankle, and arch, as directed. Combined w shoe size, I came up with L/XL. Well, these are too tight for me. Because sizing may be off on their size chart, I changed my rating from 5 stars to 4 starsโฆ. If these had fit right, the rating would be 5 stars. So please note, these seem to run small- unless your measures are all on the low side, you may wish to bump up to the next size.

I had sprained the bottom of my foot. Had weeks in a walking boot, used a cane to take some of the weight off, and was still noticing pain and risk of re-injury due to overuse and lack of support during long work days after about 8 weeks of recovery. Not wanting to go back to using a walking boot, but also feeling like I needed some additional protection, I decided to try compression to support my foot while it finishes healing. I have been using these for about a week and I have much less pain at the end of my day. This has been a good product choice for me.

I’ve tried two different products to try and find some relief from my achilles tendonitis and both gave me minimal relief. I decided to try these techware because I was really limping a lot due to my tendonitis and needed something that really worked. After only a few days I noticed that the lump that I had on my achilles had really gone down and my pain also had decreased. I still limp a little but not as much as before I started using this product.I would also like to mention that I had seen two foot specialist. the first one gave me foot support made of cotton and gauze which didn’t help and he billed my ins company 57.00. The 2nd doctor tried to sell me some memory foam shoe inserts which I declined to buy.

4/5 stars b/c the product is as advertised, However, the inside has some fuzzy thread that my pinky toe nail snags on :(I had surgery on my foot, and my pinky toe sticks out just slightly enough that my nail snags on the thread. My foot that I did not have surgery on doesnโt have any issue as all my toes fully work so there is no snag.

I wear an ankle brace and wanted something more streamlined for my water aerobics classes. These socks are ideal however, the chlorine wears them out quickly and this is my third pair in a year. I keep an additional pair for use when the ankle brace is too thick for footwear. Would recommend for comfort.

Gives good support to arch and ankle. Havenโt worn it enough yet to rate pain relief for my high arch but after few hours of wear I definitely felt better. It is easy to wear in shoes and other sandals too. Also good stability for barefoot. Seems high quality. Will buy one more.

I shopped for ankle braces, and the price range was confusingly wide. After consulting with an athletic trainer, I opted for these. They do the trick. I get ankle support without constriction and without restricted movement.
